We will work with TN Department of Corrections to provide patient education on Mental Health, DM, Stroke, HIV, CKD, HTN/BP and Immunizations.
Opening shift will be responsible for bringing education matierals and the sign up sheet, and closing will be held responsible for returning all materials and submitting the signup sheet. Each member should capture at least 4 photos of the event, showing patient interaction and education matieral.
