We will be preparing intake forms with patients, and giving immunizations.
The National Pharmaceutical Association Memphis Chapter is hosting alongside Church Health Center and Department of Health, a clinical tour to protect the city of Memphis by performing blood pressure tests, diabetes screenings, issuing wellness information, immunizations for ages 0-18 and 65 years and up, drug reviews.
Students 0-18 will receive free immunizations for back to school
Ages 65 + will receive immunizations with Medicare D.
