SNPhA will be participating in the Family Health Care Clinic, Project to Protect Memphis on August 24, 2019 from 11am - 3pm. We will be providing immunizations (Flu, Pneumonia, and TDaP), educating patients on diabetes, provide blood pressure screenings, and help with collecting immunization paperwork. Shifts will be from 11am-1pm and 1pm-3pm. The event is located at Kingsbury High School. The address to the school is 1270 N Graham Street, Memphis, TN 38122. This event is Underserved.
