Chronic Kidney Disease and Power to End Stroke are teaming up for an event at Kroger! We will be taking blood pressure screenings, providing a chronic kidney disease risk assessment questionnaire, and providing education to patients. This event will be on February 20, 2021 from 12-2pm.

This event is NOT underserved. Everyone is required to wear a mask and a face shield and will need to be spaced apart during the event.
If you sign up for the supervisor position, you are responsible for taking at least 3 pictures of patient interactions.
Please make sure you check your schedules and check the date BEFORE signing up! If for some reason you can no longer attend, you are responsible for finding a replacement.
