SNPhA will partner with Jack and Jill to offer education materials on DM, CKD, Immunization, Stroke, and blood pressure screening.
Members will be responsible for capturing at least 4 pictures, opening shift must bring matierals and sign up sheet, closing shift will return all matierals and submit sign up sheet. Please ensure photos on interactive with patients and photos on matierals being used.
