SNPhA will be partnering with TN Department of Children’s Service to offer a community festival. SNPhA will be responsible for taking blood pressures, and educating on Chronic Kidney Disease, Mental Health, and Immunization.
Please be sure to capture at least 4 pictures of patient interaction, and opening/closing shift are responsible for the sign in sheet. Opening shift will be responsible for picking up materials from SNPhA office. Closing will return all materials in the next days after the event.
