SNPhA will be participating in a Health Fair offering education on Chronic Kidne Disease (CKD), Mental Health (MH), Remember the Ribbon (HIV/AIDS), and Operation Immunization (OI). We will be educating underserved population on these various health conditions.
If signing up for supervisor position please be sure to take pictures of INTERACTION WITH PATIENTS AND EDUCATION MATERIAL. Opening supervisors be sure to pick up supplies from SNPhA office and bring the sign in sheet. Closing supervisor be sure to return supplies to SNPhA office, and submit sign in sheet.
